Would be awesome if this got an update for TTW and new UUF3 stuff. It still works don't get me wrong but it has a few issues like inexplicably changing the Pip Boy to an old console controller version with LT and RT on it and wiping over pip boy texture mods for no reason. Still an awesome mod though looks terrific. Why Lazi-Thesda didn't include Vault Girl Icons for female characters is a gaming crime of the 1st degree for their storied annals of f*#@ ups for sure.
The update interface needs to be manually installed. The author didn't create a folder path so it won't install correctly. The dds file goes in this directory path: Data/Textures/Interface/interfaceshared.dds
If you try to install this with NMM or any other mod organizer, it will just install to your data folder. Thus making it completely useless.

--- yes, I actually got permission to do the upscale from the original mod author, who I tracked down, in a lengthy investigation. universal installer. works for Fallout 3 or New Vegas.
This is great. Thank you very much. I totally love it and appreciate the ENORMOUS amount of work this mod must've entailed. At the very least the time it must've taken to finish. Super fun.
Does anyone know if this clashes with BigCman's Vault Girl mod? (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21655) Can't ask on that mod because author locked the comments...
*EDIT*
Yep. The mods overwrite one another, which figures as they both do the same thing.

Edit: Nevermind, found them, I started looking into the files and noticed that the names were really intuitive
