Start a game over to quickly go to Megaton before explosion. Open the console² and point the mouse over the outfit. Type GBO then enter. Finally type player.additem "number of the outfit obtained by the gbo" 1. Load your current game again and type player.additem "number of the outfit obtained by the gbo" 1.
the textures seem to be messed up on my end, it shows the textures for the town and the surrounding areas on the clothing, and in first person view the gloves disapear.
I am going to guess no female version? *sigh* Oh well, I think it is a fair trade given all the type 3 female only armors out there, I guess I can still give it to Charon and watch a Ghoulified Cloud run around the wasteland.
