NEW: remodeled the inside, added 3 rooms, see pics.

i made a .bsa of his files to make it easier to install.
i found the prob most of us have had with NPCs, it looks like Murfy27 copied cells, rearranged the walls ect. but did nothing with the nav-mesh, so our NPCs end up in places they shouldnt, like outside the walls.
finely got around to uploading the remodel version. adds 3 rooms, all containers are safe non respawning ones.
you will need DLC3 Broken Steal. but who dont have that by now?
