adds the USI Sniper Armor (/ghillie suit) reward to FWE\'s integrated/reworked stealth list. ..with extra stat change.

adds the USI Sniper Armor (/ghillie suit) reward to FWE's integrated/reworked stealth list.
modified armor slightly:
+5 critical chance and +10 sneak and when outside
+20 sneak when outside and also +10 critical chance if crouched and not moving
load this in the load list after the FWE files ("FO3 Wanderers Edition - xxxxxxx.esp")
changes: v1.3 balances out the armor's DR when taking into account the extra sneak/critical it now has
