I went through all FO3Edit reported errors again. Almost all fixes were improved and many records were unnecessary and useless from the older version. This mod is ONLY the errors fixed, nothing more.
Throw the older versions away along with its patches. Patches aren't necessary for this as long as you load the plugin high in your load order.
Some sort of fatal CTD in The Pitt that occurs continuously and this mod couldn't keep up, but I got slightly farther than I did without it, indicating it works.
Did you try these: 1) Open the folder My documents\My Games\Fallout3 (this is my location under Windows 10) * Edit the file FALLOUT.ini. * Inside FALLOUT.ini look for a group called [general]. * Inside the general group, at the bottom of all the configuration parameters, just copy and paste the following 2 lines:
bUseThreadedAI=1 iNumHWThreads=2
- - - - -

As an aside: Did you install Fallout 3 in your Program Files folder? If so, uninstall the game and reinstall basically anywhere, just NOT in Program Files.
I tried everything; 4gb patch, NVAC, --- and they failed --- no matter how many INI fixes, this fix, that fix ..... and the game always CRASHED.
This mod, I can say, is EASY and it WORKS. I was getting to the point that I was going to dump FO 3 ... due to CTD's that were more frequent than flickers in a bad movie.
GONE ... the game works great!! :) Even in specific areas - actions that I knew would CTD --- DID NOT HAPPEN!! :D
Look, I know nobody's posted here for nearly a year, but I wanted to stop by and say that this mod was a lifesaver. I had nearly given up on playing Fallout 3, because of the frequent freezes and CTD's. I tried everything; 4gb patch, NVAC, but nothing helped.
Then I stumbled upon this mod, and I've been able to play for hours on end without issue. Thank you.
In Point Lookout if you go to the Grower's Shack, there is a table set against the wall. You will get stuck if you jump between the two chairs against the wall to try and grab the Sugar Bombs. Does this plugin fix that too?
I know this says it's already included in the unofficial patch, but I installed it anyway and found it drastically reduced the amount of desktop crashes I'm getting.
The latest version of FO3Edit (v3.1.3 which you get from FO4Edit page) does not list those errors. Every version of the editor displays different or no errors. At the time of release for this mod, there were no errors being listed. With the latest version I'm seeing errors for navmesh which you can ignore. Sometimes the editor is accurate in what errors are true but other times not. The geck makes it easier to double check if the errors are true or not.

By making a check with FO3Edit, I noticed that there were still these errors on quests. What do they mean exactly ? Does it relate to conquéquence?
