two tone version added

this mod creates a two state reload for my svi, the r key will change the magazine and reset the reload counter. when the pistol is empty the slide will lock back and then reload as normal. Check the video tab for a demo

10MM base guns slide will lock when reloaded, but will break immersion when pressing the R key so empty the GUN!
