Great mod and for those who like to go on top try of it, try a Potomac Home (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1892), i found that they blend well together without too many conflict as they use almost the same worldspace.
Looks great, I especially like when people upload believable wasteland dwellings. But as has been said, I'd like to fight to acquire this place. Maybe it should be an existing raider base rather than an old one. I mean those guys have got to live somewhere! A fight vs a few of them to wrest control would be great. Set them to not respawn and bobs your uncle! Also a bridge would be nice too, again as has been suggested, less safe looking the better!
Not bad at all. What would be really cool, would be a rickety bridge leading to the stronghold...like someone has cobbled one together. Saves the RADS that way. Also, I noticed that my mate Jericho didn't stand on the bridge, just kind of half floated in the water with the upper torso sticking through the bridge. Nothing major. I really liked that little adventure game you threw in as well...maybe have it linked to something, like a floor safe or a key...So that you set off on your own Grelak style adventure. That might take a while, but might be something to think about. I'm just getting up to level 20, then i'm going to start using the G.E.C.K in earnest. Thanks again for this
I like what you've done here, and since you were asking for suggestions... how about some sort of bridge leading out to it? Call me crazy, but I hate swimming. Besides, wouldn't the raiders need a bridge to hail all their loot to the base without problems? ">

I'll soon be making a second version with raiders, and a small quest.
I can try, but It might be hard...
