This is a hotfix for the No Repair Needed mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=60
Four items (Ripper, Jack, Flamer and Burnmaster) override the normal degradation switches and use a unique one. This mod disables the override for those four items.
The No Repair Needed mod should not be required for this fix. Any mod that alters the four above items will (naturally) conflict with this mod.
