I love the location, house mods that have enemy spawn points near them are the best in my opinion. It feels good to have my own outpost of sorts in Dupont Circle =D
Edit- Put this mod before DCinteriors if you are experiencing a crash when fast traveling!
Plenty of stuff, nothing structural though, all stuff that some scavver could have dragged in.
Quite welcome.
Thanks!
Possible, but doubtful. I did this as an exercise in getting used to the editor, more than anything. Any future stuff I build downtown will probably be rather a bit bigger, and more in an underground bunker theme rather than a storefront. There aren't many places to put stuff in the exterior cells, and not many interior cells that one can alter without affecting quests.
I might add an upstairs to this, but I wanted to keep it to the same structural constraints as the original cell to keep it relatively lore friendly. Maybe for v2. ">
Are You going to expand this place in the future (new rooms, floors, etc.)? It would be realy nice to have that small "base of operations" in DC district.. Anyway, great work!
I always wished that clothing store was livable when I first stumbled upon it! Great idea! Can I ask....did you alter the cell at all aside from adding containers and the like?
