This changes the "ChanceNone" value for the Scrounger perk for every ammo type from 0 to 100 for some reason. Does that not effectively disable the perk? That should probably be in the description.
Thnx for the mod. Why ppl think that 20-30 rounds for one Raider or Enclave soldier is TOO much? Mad it when u start armed roberry with 5 rounds in pocket, lol. Just feel yrself as Raider. 5-10 rounds is enough for "raids"? Yes? Okay then. And "Claw" mercenaries start hunt for the Player with 10 rounds in thier pockets. Sure, why not? Challenge for Claw, yes? Ammo`s cost in Vanilla is from 1 to 3 (for energy weapon) for each round. This low cost say that ammo in Wastelands is cheap and not so rare. Mecrceneries wear cool black Heavy armor which cost ~500 and more, every 3rd mercenary has Infiltrator and dont have enough caps for more rounds?
Is there a mod that does the opposite - decrease the amount of ammo found in the game world by a bit? My character ends up with at least 600 of every ammo type (except nukes and missiles) lol. Crazy, I say - and I'm playing VANILLA!
I've been finding there's still too much ammo with this mod, which escallates as I level, so I'm thinking of added another file which mearly doubles all the ammo levelled lists. This is the least I can multiply it by.
Good idea, in fact I just started playing Fallout 3 again, while waiting for Dead Money. Lack of ammunition was particulary anoying and this way somehow feels more, ekhm,"natural", than Vechs's Ammo Crazy.
@Javalin I think point of this mod is rather to avoid ammo farming :-)
A little feedback on this mod - There isn't really much need for the "Increased Explosives part" - Maybe for Mini-Nukes, or Plasma Grenades/Mines.

You can obtain an unlimited source of frag Grenades, 556 rounds, Stimpaks and Rad-Aways via Protector Casdin at Fort Indepedence (South West of Megaton)

I was using the other ammo mod,
but 5x was waaaay to much.
