*blink-blink* how very peculiar, but i think i might see why for some things- 1. i think the 'SPECIAL' program only has to be in there, not activated- it's activation might explain why you grew. 2. as for the only-arms/legs, i suspect i need to include the meshes etc for the mods i used- sincerest apologies.

well there are some things i do like, and some suggestion i wanna do =)
1.the vault itself is good sized. (not to big,nor to small) 2. Npc have a nice uniqe look.
Suggestions. Since so many people wanna place the vaults so close to the start location, maybe its a good idea placing this one somewhere in the middle of the wasteland. I think its large enough and if u make some ammo/armor etc sorters that would make the job.
Issues noticed so far 1. Well the people in the vault are well..some only have arms and legs. (looked in the meshes folder and didnt find any there) 2.When i exited the vault i was stuck between the door and the wall. (just tlc and went past that) 3.And when i got out...well i actually grown in height (2 heads taller than the npc') 4.The downloadfiles states 41 mbyte but when i download i get 39 mbyte only.(dont know if its just im having issues with the download. would be nice if someone can verify that also.
