Thanks for the endorsement. I actually had this as an esm on my system. It's just that I had to work with the esp version for editing and didn't remember or was too lazy to post an esm version (since both excuses are lame you can choose the one you like). Since the last update, I got wrapped up in some other mod projects for NV.
I just added an optional file that patches a gap in a ledge near the Jefferson Memorial. It's pretty cheesy in my opinion and I plan to put out variants to see which one people like the most. The favorite will be incorporated into the main patch file.
Update: I've posted 3 more variants. If you install all four files, be sure to have only one active at a time otherwise, you'll experience some graphical glitches in the affected area. If you can tolerate one version over the others, please mention it in the comments. If a clear favorite stands out, I will incorporate that version in the main patch. If you think you have a better solution, please mention it as well. Thanks all!
I know I said I was going to take a break from this mod, but I found a few more landscape errors while playing my third character and testing some other mods. I ran into a particularly difficult issue at the Jefferson Memorial. The wall mesh that runs along the water is misaligned producing a noticeable gap in the ledge next to the sidewalk and a small gap along the wall. Apparently, the developers knew about this because they used a debris mesh to cover up the gap in the sidewalk. This does not address the ledge however. If anyone is interested, the reference ID for the wall mesh is 000B4038. I'm going to experiment with some possible fixes and post these as a separate file in a day or two.

How about html? Notepad's txt format doesn't support tables and there are several versions of Word's doc format.
Incidentally, the "locations" are just the reference IDs of the affected objects. The best way to locate these is through GECK. Under the 'Edit' drop down, select 'Find Text' and enter the ref ID. Click on the 'Objects, etc' tab then double-click on the object that appears on the list. The affected object will appear in the render window.
I've done a few more fixes. It's stuff I found while testing another mod. Three of the issues are medium but the rest are just floating rocks. I don't really think it's enough for a full update.

Seems to be a bit less boulder problems now.
Works nicely along side the new Unofficial patch.
