Had to sift through the comments to find a hint about the entrance, but that's the only 'trouble' I had. Was able to get into the vault as I already had the keycard from a previous mission at the 'Hope' hospital. Can't recall how, where or when I picked-up the card as I'm used to pick everything clean from Fallout 4 where you needed every bit of whatever material for building purposes.
Very nice vault. Alas, a bit dead, of course. Looks like the potential inhabitants were flocked outside the entrance and died there by the dozens.
Vault 116 was in fact a vault that housed employees of VaultTec, RobCo and somesuch with a whole bunch of robots. The Enclave discovered and opened Vault 116 and the Overseer -thinking it was Wastelanders who managed to open the vault somehow- threw everything he had in defending the Vault. Half of the inhabitants died while the Enclave suffered minimal damages and the surviving vaulters -mostly scientists- were integrated into the Enclave fold, willing or not. That's the gist of the story as I remember having read it somewhere.
I've always wanted a vault big enough to use as a player home/companion home/HQ that didn't break immersion with silly things like pools. Added a few posters and some Nuka swag in the GECK and I moved right in. Best clean vault on the Nexus. Using with TTW and so far no problems. 10/10 would download again.
I cant find the entrance, I'm at the exact same pile of rubble and nothing shows up or no action things show up. And I cant find the *SPOILERS* inthe Mister Handy room. I enabled the esm and everything, I don't know what is wrong.
