Conflicts with the Dockside Inn mod as both mods share some of the same space. Fast travel to the Shack gets you stuck inside of the building geometry. So use one or the other, or don't fast travel to the Shack.
Oh, thank god. I recently decided to fire up Fallout 3 again after not playing it for about three years. Now, this shack here was one of my favorite places to live when I played before and I realized I hadn't saved the mod when I went back to install it in a new game. I thought I'd never find it again because I couldn't remember the name of it or the modder. I did though. I can't believe it. Yay!!
I also can't believe there are only thirteen comments for this place. It's one of the best done shacks on the Nexus. Anyone looking for a simple but well made shack in the Capital Wasteland, then look no further. You found it.
This is PERFECT in every way, i really wish more people would stick to the "old and worn" kind of style
Watch some of the weapon and house mods out there, all the "clean" metal weapons and stuff.. serously.. i would rather us an old and rusty ductape shotgun, then a pristine titanium one!!
looks like a great mod, but i'm having some major trouble with it. for some reason the game completly shuts down when i quicksave while i'm using this mod. help would be appriciated as this looks like a really sweet house-mod
This really is a perfect mod; to my tastes at least.
The location is great, the style simplistic and very fitting. You kept it real which adds to immersion. I'm definitely going to give this my endorsement.
I do have one slight concern, which someone else mentioned. Can I safely put my items in those containers? Or will they respawn and delete whatever I put in?
Very nice Mod. I was so happy to see a well done "wastes" type living space. Maybe sometime in the future you can do one thats even more rustic?? I would love to see it!

Thank you for making it, HystericalParoxysm!
