This is the archived upload of the original file you need for this reskin...if you add it to your required files under this page it makes it easier for people to locate it too without fishing through comments and it keeps clutter down on the description page...it used to place a link to your reskin file on the original file's page so people downloading it will know they have other skinning options available...but I think they did away with it, which is kind of lame because it was an extremely useful, if underused, tool...
EDIT: It still adds the links...if you go to the required files tab under the Pipboy Readius page it will show you any files that the mod requires (in that case none) and there are 3 files listed that require Pipboy Readius (mine actually)...hope this helps...
