The menu is quite bad but thank you a lot for this mod, I have a very bad and blurry vision, for games I use a higher contrast but it doesn't help much when they are too dark or have a very monochromatic palette, gets very hard to distinguish items from the scenario, and your mod is a huge help! Thanks!
outcast power armor, unique and non-unique is now nglowing for me evne thoguh i uninstalled the mod. any ideas where the file for the glowing textureisand/or how to fix it? thanks.
Great mod... only accidentally found it, did not think something like this, i.e. the item highlighting existed. This unstresses finding items so much. Thanks.
If you are seeing a lot of spamming in the console, i.e.
Item count: 0
lines. This happens when you activate Enable Targeting Assist via JAVM menu. Turning off the tracking again will remove the spamming. Seems to be a form of left-over debug message code.
maybe you could add an unplayable, unlisted, invisible special quest item to containers that actually have items, and only highlight such containers? (to help ppl googling: items highlight, item highlight, highlight items, highlight item, item detector, item locator)
also, the containers seem to be highlighted not by what they contain, but by simply having something on them, do you think they could be highlighted based on ours items interest options? (I will look for a mod that drops all items from containers we choose right now )
I want no food but all chems, could this option be separated?
And If we dont want all of a kind: do you think we could put items in two special containers that would be a list of specially highlighted items like, I only want bottlecaps, prewar money and fission batteries, only .308 and .30-06 ammo etc; at options we would have access to two containers, one to add to highlight list, and another to remove from that highlight list; the item when placed on such containers would be promptly put back on the player's inventory and the coded scripted list would be updated! I wonder if items repair state could be kept also.

For those who don't like the colors being too light, or, want a different color for the corpses, you can tweak it IF you have the G.E.C.K. Just don't change the effect's name.
I do love the full color light amplification as the night vision, rather the the standard green of the night vision, which in real life, only amplifies existing light. Thermal imaging is presented as gray scale in real life.

I was so used to this mod in fallout 3 now i find it very inconvenient when playing new vegas.
