This simple mod does nothing else than removing the borders around the wasteland.
Anyway there is nothing interesting.

If your Fallout3 is neither in Enlish nor in German, please contact me here,
tell me what the Wasteland is called in your Version
(In the English version it's "The Capital Wasteland", in the German version
it's "Das Ödland der Hauptstadt")
and i'll make a localization for that language.
