I liked the idea and gave it a try, I have some issues with the main file : the vanilla and remplacement containers are mixed together (I had emptied both before installing) and the fridge (also empty) didn't move in front of the cellar door (wich worked fine btw). I'll post pics. The bedroom, lab safes and toolboxes seems to work fine.
@stClair it is a megaton cellar after all, not to compare to tenpenny tower, just look at the megaton public toilet....
I do not use the cellat myself, it is just because it annoyed me that there is no bath and real ktichen at all, it is just for you to know it's there, so you do not have another logical issue to wonder about.
A Cellar eh? sounds like a good idea to me. and now you mention it, you're right! there isn't a bathroom in the megaton player house.... there's a kitchenette in the back of the ground floor, but yaeh, bit small. wadsworth's recharge station makes sense too... any way you can script him to go back there at night?
Edit: I also appreciate the effort to make a questscript to move stuff from the lockers. that's definately kudosworthy

try to change the load order, this seems to be the fault of a conflict with another mod that edits the megaton house containers
