Adds some more containers and a cellar with a bathroom, kitchen, and a recharge station for Wadsworth, because I felt that the Player House lacked containers and some logic, comes with six .esps to let you choose what you want.

Installation:
just enable the houseaddon.esp
Important:
- if you have already stored some items in the lockers, they should be transferred via questscript in the new containers
- the Cellar is companion-friendly
- if you are using the optional mainfile WadsWorth recharges for 5 minutes after an hour of gameplaying
