You could implement it with a miniboss, for example, fighting a guy called Nuke with the armor, who is in the enclave faction and wields a Fat Man? xD Located somewhere with 2 officers accompanying him, I dunno xD Looks great so far, Shame I can't access console commands.
I will take a look at this as soon as I can. Unfortunately, my computer is out of commission (dead motherboard). :-(Once it is back online, I will take a look.
It happened to me a few times while I was building it. Still not sure why though.
Look up the Deep Eyes Nocturne (just searching for Nocturne brings it up). I use it with a patch that makes it much more like the rifle in Final Fantasy: Spirits Within.
