    ttw compatabillity the overlords have the texture but normal mutants dont this mod is sick

      Probably can't make this work in NV since the two games have different looks for the super mutants, your best bet is to try out Super Mutants 2K for NV

      If you install Tales of Two Wastelands and install this mod, Super Mutants in DC will use these textures.

    does anyone have a way to install this that actually works after the 2021 update? I've done everything I can and it still doesn't work

      it work for me , use cheat terminal update to summon friendly super mutant and they have horror look

      I mean, this is a retexture mod. It should be straight forward. Just install it via Mod Organizer 2 or if you're doing a manual installation, you just drag and drop the textures/meshes files in the data folder.

    I install them in every way.. or via Vortex or manual into the data folder like it says but.. nothing.. the supermutants remain the same.. some help? :(

      Try manually installing this file into your folder.  Then run the "archive invalidation" and you should be good to go.

      how did you get these to work in fnv? Im not new to modding or anything,but the textures dont show up.

    The faces remind me of something out of borderlands, I like this. I really like the enclave armor wearing one, kinda shows that the mutants are capturing even soldiers and mutating them into mutants
