Corehound, not sure how to reply. Although, Enya, Apallo 13 music score, Remember the Titans musical score, Armagedeon score, the soundtrack to Last of the Mohicans, and the instrumental (only) music from a band called Nightwish are all good music for FO3
FrogDemon, I'll put one up today without the monlogue for you. As for volume, everyone's sound setup is different, so left it a bit low so everyone can import it into thier favorite sound editor and change the volime to fit thier needs.

The vanilla title theme gets rather tedious pretty fast, which is why I replaced my main title music with the Linkin Park track "What I've Done" a while back xD
I think it'd be better if you worked in the title lietmotif. I listened to a podcast for FONV and I heard it in one of the interlude parts, so I think that's the official "Fallout Title Tune" now.
