   Its incomplete. Its a big Undertaking too, Im on other projects at the mo, for now the first file only changes nearly all the raiders.

   Im gonna have to make a few Versions of this as the First one is not exactly what I was aiming for but it has the idea.
   
   Firsty I will be putting the more serious mods inplace first for fo3 and Oblivion, as I have been neglecting alot of things and people there.

   This sounds like the best mod ever...it might actually be worth the trouble of uninstalling every other mod I have.
