Just a heads up for anyone else coming across this mod - no hate or anything on ZanGS or anyone else who worked on this mod, but this really shouldn't be used.
That mod and those of similar ilk are all useless even without the mentioned INI edits, because they can cause problems with memory management. It's not a matter of there being a superior method, as force-clearing the cell buffer is something you shouldn't be doing at all.
Instead, modify or add the following to Fallout.ini, FalloutPrefs.ini and Fallout_default.ini: bPreemptivelyUnloadCells=1 bSelectivePurgeUnusedOnFastTravel=1
Hey ZanGS, you're honestly my hero right now. Your mod is the only fix I've ever had that's actually worked for my modded FO3 I've tried every goddamn fix there is and this is the holy grail of fixes. Thanks man

This mod changed my whole pre-fallout 4 mood setting experience. YOU FIXED THE GAME for me straight up. Fallout 3 had become downright unplayable with all the frustrating CTDs whenever there was heavy outdoor action... NO MORE!!! Thanks bro for your efforts. This is the first mod I actually went out of my way to post a compliment for. YOU GET A DOUBLE PIP BOY THUMBS UP FROM ME!!!!

I wish someone with a background of programming and of making mods such as this could all the errors so far fixed and then keepted maintained for everyone's use for years to come. Cause gamers around the world still use this performance enhancing, and fixing mod, that helps use this game many mods or just a few.
