To bad one will never be able to witness what Putin ( bad guy ) could actually do on his own inside a brutal war.
Stalin is still one hell of a bad guy...
there are very few real life bad guys that truly deserve recognition.
most if any good guys died along time ago.
Stalin is a face that fits perfectly into fallout 3, the Chinese are just to wimpy, I mean throughout history the Japanese were able to destroy that huge empire, plus the Mongolians destroyed them whenever they felt like it.
Downloading now and I won't ruin my endorsement (which I will give without question as soon as site allows me), so I will comment on it immediately. I haven't posted nothing in months. ">
1. You did a great, great job with the face, well done, 10/10
2. Keep it coming, next one , Marshal Zhukov! "> Or Putin! ">
3. Definitely, one of the best choices for famous people for the game. Enough of adult stars and wanna-be singers. If I had time, I'd make a 20th century famous people pack, that would be cool as a companion gang.
3.I am not a communist also, nor I am politicaly oriented, but I have to defend Grandpa Iosif a little, because history is full of holes and incorrect statements based on lies and prejudices, mostly coming from a strong political propaganda of certain areas of this planet.
With all due respect:
1- Iosif Stalin was georgian, yes, but jewish, not at all. He was born and raised in orthodox christian family and enviroment. Sverdlov, Kamenev, Uritsky, Trotsky and Zinoviev were jewish, 5-6 out of 76 Old Bolsheviks. That much on the 'jewish conspiracy' thing.
2-Iosif Stalin was a hard, rough mountain man, mountain people are like that, thick skinned, without showing emotions even in crucial moments in their lives. Mass murdered? Hardly. 60 000 000 people? 100 000 000 people? It is a fairytale. People are tossing millions like it's cherries on the sunday market. It is more like 3 000 000 arrested in a 25 years long period and around 800 000 dead. And no, I don't think those people died for someones amusement. Also, it is hard for a single man to put his signature on millions and millions of execution orders. People are mixing up Beria with Stalin. Beria did what he wanted, without anyone knowing it precisely.
3-Stalin, if nothing, he had guts. He escaped 3 times from Sybir prison camps via horse, train and bare foot, lost his first wife and children then the second one and his son during the war( literaly sacrificed him for the sake of the country), overall, he had a sad and desperate life, even when he was in power. WHen the bombs were fallin at the Moscow Gates, he was holding a parade in the center of the city, calm and calculated with the most balanced speech I ever heard. Before that, he resolved almost all the major problems of the country-unemployed, social matters, food, economy, etc. In 5-7 years. Free healthcare, free education and equality between men and women.
4-In order to make a super power state, out of the drained, poor and demolished peasant land, which it was under Romanov Dynasty, in less then 5 years, sacrifices are inevitable. In every way, human or material resource. Unfortunately.
5-Stalin was not known as ruthless in his youth , like he was in the peak of his power. He was a poet and was studying for an orthodox priest. He even published his short collection of poems when he was 19.After a tragic loss of his First wife, Ekaterina Svanidze, on her funeral, he said that Stalin died with her, with all of his love for human kind.It happens, love is a strange thing.
6- When you get old and grumpy, you become bored and nasty, your friends are dead, you outlived your family, your body doesn't listen to your brain anymore and you feel tired and lonely. Not a good combo and I thin the picture is clear as the sky after the rain.
Propaganda destroys people, it is the sharpest tool of every political ideology, powerful in hands, while rotting the mind slowly. There are worse things then communism. I know it, because I was born and raised in Yugoslavia , a communist state union, and I don't know of better and happier days then my childhood. More freedom I didn't have in my entire life, ever, then I had in those days. Despite the politic path of my country.
We are people, all of us, no matter of politics and we share this planet as one roof above our heads.
Iosif Stalin's ways are old , this world went forward and developed after his death, which was 57 years ago. , Do not take Stalin as an example for the future and his ways of dealing with things, but also, don't reduce his, as well.
Once again, I am happy to see that someone made this interesting little idea into reality.

None the less, Stalin is a great fit.
Also, you've got a point.
Cheers.
I really don't know about the number of people he killed, but still, you're saying 800 000. That's bad, dude. Very bad.
