For the people asking about the keycard, someone posted this "The keycard is in the sub-basement of the Jefferson Memorial (Project Purity building) in Dad's old bedroom, inside a safe. If you have Broken Steel though, you won't be able to get into the basement anymore... which means you can't get the keycard, either. So you have to get it during the main quest, anytime prior to activating the purifier." HOWEVER, what he says about not getting in after the main quest is NOT true. I have found a way (Just takes some thought is all). If you want to get into the basement AFTER beating the main quest, type in the console without the quotes "coc ppurity03" to get in. Then you find the key yourself from the directions above. To get out type "coc megatonplayerhouse" to get back to your house in Megaton. Simple as pie, right?
