Ok, I downloaded this, but how exactly do you put it in the data folder? When I opened it, it just opened as a plugin file in the GECK. The mod sounds promising, but perhaps if you had put it as an .esm file, it would have been a tad easier.
I could not find 4 bars so I DLed this so I could get the perforator. but adding all the weapons and armor you get to a chest makes turning in the bars a little redundant

drop the esp in the data folder and go
