    Excellent work!

I'm also a Trek nerd, and I know we Trek nerds are fanatic about authenticity, so please don't take my suggestion as condescending or anything. Did you think about using Swiss 911 Ultra Compressed BT (True Type)? It might give you a more authentic feel...

Actually, LCARSCom.net has all kinds of awesome suggestions on how to tweak your LCARS setup, if you're so inclined - I used it extensively to make an LCARS AveTunes player once.

Just a thought...either way, great work!

Well I know the game can handle 5 mins with no problem. So im Guessing that answers ya question in a way.

The only real answer is to try it out ingame for yourself.

New Vegas infact can display Video Screens easy, I surrgest you get the animated TV mod found here:

    http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14675

And see if you can get anywhere.

And sorry for late reply, been focusing on New Vegas side of Modding thus not been here lately.

Very useful info. Have a Kudo. Now I'm off to play with new ideas.

EDIT: Any idea what the time limit or max file size the game can handle? I have a 20 min video (that I can edit) but I don't want to waste a lot of time. I figured you might know the time/file size limit.

Ive done it. Im uploading a new file containing .bik files.

I used these instructions and this Program aswell:

Instructions of Converting .GIF to .BIK:

    http://tutorials.mania-creative.com/general_graphicformats/index.php#section7

Tool used called Rad Video Tools (Creates .BIK animations out of other video/animation formats.)

    http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm

People can uses these Programs and Instructions if They wish to add Animated Images onto Computer Screens/ weapons etc.

    Think of the Possibilities!

I hope this Helps ya JohnJohnston!

Well .gifs are a start but I know I cant use this form of animation with ease at least. I can use .kf or .bik files with ease.

I don't even know if a conversion can be done yet or if it would have to be reanimated.

None-the-less this is a good idea and a pretty damn good start

No Worries. As long I know.

I sure some of the simpler gifs could be merged and used on some of my Trek Console Modder's Resource found here:
