Question--- After killing all the outside guards, did you enter the guard bunk house next to the main building and kill the guard there, then go down the stairs to the power room, kill the guard and then the Enclave Boss? It's been a long time but I believe you have to kill him and enter the basement before the Upstairs door will unlock and you can use it. There is also a roof hatch on the main building by the helicopter which you can use. It's been so long. Otherwise, you may have a mod conflict that is stopping you.
I used this mod years ago and it was one of my favorites, thus I'm here getting it again. It looks great, nice detail, color and overall design. It functioned/worked perfectly. This falls under my "Must Have" mods for Fallout 3. I like its location as well. I also like having to "Take It" from him. It is very...satisfying.. HE didn't DESERVE this place !! . Great job, all around. Thank you. Cheers
Thank you very much! Glad to see there is still activity in FO3. And thanks for the nice comments. The Enclave definitely didn't deserve such a nice abode!
I have a quick question. How do I get rid or lower the volume of the pool water sound. For me it's too loud. Thanks to anyone that can help with this question.
Hi, That's a good question. I never noticed the water having a sound file attached to it. I no longer have the game or the Geck to check. All I can suggest is to maybe try to adjust some of your sound settings for the game ... maybe ambient noise or environmental noise -- not even sure what there is to adjust? Sorry I can't be of more help.
thinking of using your retex of the pool in new vegas i will credit you and give u my mod to show wgat i done with it just need to learn how to put water in the pool with out flooding the area
Sorry you are having problems. My mod does have a large amount of custom textures, but I am not sure how good your video card needs to be to run them. Have you tried lowering the game video settings??? To be honest, it has been so long since I played, I don't remember if you can change them. Thanks for the compliment.
Very well done! I have tried a lot of the house mods, but this one is in my top 5 for game use. Great layout and setup, with all the comforts and all the extra luxuries. The pool pushes this mod over the top, just great to have this in a smaller sized house mod. Not too small, but not a huge sprawling complex either.
I've used a lot of those sprawling, enormous places, but this one has it all in a perfect size for me. Great all the way around, and the location is just perfect. I was thinking that I needed to add something there, and this mod fit the hole from some of my other Springvale add-ons.
CHEERS! Thanks for all hard work. I'm going for a swim now.
