Adds some effects when player gets over certain levels of rads. The effect starts from 200 rads and becomes more blury and green with every level. Also the effect applies when the player enters in an iradiated area. Doesn't apply to the iradiated items or sinks.
Installation:
=============
1)copy the esp in the Data folder;
2)Start Fallout 3 Launcher, select Data files and check the esp file.
Uninstallation:
===============
1)Start Fallout 3 Launcher. select Data files and uncheck the esp file.
2)Delete the esp file.
