      I'm sorry its not there for you, maybe some other mod you have might have overwritten that tiny area. I just tried with my mod list and it was there. if you would like to give me some more info I could try to help you. until then all i can say is make sure that you got to the scenic overlook like in the first picture and its 3-5 steps to the left.

   yes that is true, and that's what i normally do.
   
   like i said before i just though some people might like this, also the leveling up to 16+ isn't half bad either.

   is it not much more easy to open the console and set any trait to 100 or directly type tgm?

   Hmmm just out of curiosity.... if this is a "cheats and god items" then what makes this any different to using the console to change your stats?
   
   But I suppose it makes it easier.
   
   I recommend making some items that raise stats by 25-50 instead of having to carry around a bunch of books...
