An excellent fort and quite a safe place though placed in a nasty region where one wouldn't usually want to spend a night in an external cell. Everything is very nicely designed and functional, especially the narrow bottom quarters. The gadgets (locking the front door, enabling the lights, opening/closing the drapes) are really cool. In case you're using a mod for darker nights and need a bit more light inside, you can easily add some with the help of "Portable Camp Stuff - FOSE", and the whole thing can also be easily populated with the faction of your choice by using "Portable NPC spawner" - the spawned NPCs will hang around, sit a bit, patrol, all that without walking out.
