   Endorsed, and I'll hang my hat alongside Raff's here in saying that this piano is going to be featured in my upcoming mod, The Arbor. If it's a problem to use, of course I'll change the mod accordingly; otherwise, I'll be sure to send a link when it's uploaded and credit this file, for sure.

   Really lovely. Count on seeing this in "Heritage Home"'s atrium, center stage!
   fully endorsed!. Hope it would be OK to use this asset in my mod. I will understand if you tell me I can't but I think you put this here for us modders to use .

   I don't really have any plans to convert any other models, David Whitefang's or not. This one was just a forum request, and I decided to give it a shot simply for some 3D modeling practice and because the model looked nice. If there are other specific models you'd like to see converted for FO3 use, feel free to ask me, but I'd also suggest posting a request in the forums, since I may not do them well, in a timely manner, or at all ">
   
   Be sure to let me know if you release a mod using this resource so I can add a link to it here.
