Just one. If you use any other mod that makes a change to the caucasian race, then use the "new race" one. Otherwise, use caucasian.

I have both FWE and the Sharing and Caring mod. Works Just fine
EDIT: She wont crouch down, but she does the same with without the mod. For some reason bethesda never gave her a crouch function, once I fix that she'll be awesome
Truly is the best I've seen for her appearance but the sadness of not being able to work with Gurk's companion mod is heartbreaking. I duplicated all the issues you stated with load order. The fix that was suggested in the comments previously is beyond my current limited skills.
I have no idea. I hadn't heard of that mod, and don't even know if it existed when I made this one. You could try just setting it to load after the other one, if there's a conflict.
