    I actually noticed that scope-shots are inaccurate, yes. The problem is described somwhere here at Nexus. I did some research and testing and found out that when moving down all meshes inside a scope for 50 units the scope-view shot becomes more accurate (for the default FOV in scope view). Adding a 50 units in height mesh fills the gap on top of the screen. Maybe I post some instruction/ pictures if interested...

    I really can't say one way or the other. This is basically just one modified scope among many others out there. The only file this mod contains is the scope01.nif

    I'm not sure which would take precedence if you installed this and used some other crosshair/scope modpack. Depends on the modpack, I think?

    Is it even possible to make different guns use different scopes in Fallout 3?

    Possibly stupid question - will this still work with 3rd-party, modded crosshairs?

    0-spread Perfo was a perfect testing tool for this. Now it's time to put the bullet spread back, remove tracers and go kill some muties.

    Would anyone happen to know how to make the bullet hits visible from further away? I would love to be able to see that tiny red splatter from afar.

    Yeah I dont use a 0-spread weapon either (my favored weapon is the assault rifle actually). I recently wanted to try a sniper rifle though, since I hate charging forward at a horde of super mutants just so I have a chance at hitting them (mart's increased spawns makes the national mall area insane).

    All that matters is that the job gets done .

    ok, i did't read that he uses the auto aim fix...
    maybe a hasty response..

    well, i make scope nifs myself, and i never felt a difference between an off centered one and one where y and x are 0, cause the bullets spray everywhere..
    And the 10 pixels are 2mm on my monitor so...
    It doesn't really matter, i don't use 0 spread guns, cause auto aim still has magnetic bullets, if you fire near a target, the bullets still bend towards the target..

    I just mow em down with some med-x applied..

    but i guess if you guys are happy that's what it's all about..

    @Marcurios:
    The author mentions that he uses the auto-aim fix, which eliminates bullet rise. So, then it would make sense that this new centered scope would be more accurate than the slightly offset one.
