      There's an addition to monster mod which uses many creatures from this resource pack.    I'm level 24 and I haven't seen a single fev subject and I got increased spawns.

      Did u make a bashed patch?
      (If not get Wyre Smash and read up on that)
      Prolly u have another mod that changes leveled lists overriding this mods lists.
