I am well aware that this is an old mod. And not many people come here anymore. Anyway - is there a way to change her hair into something else? In the GECK I get only two choices. The "Bithair." Or "none". I've tried opening the "Bitrace" but I do not get the option to change the hair in any way.
Wonderful mod! I'm using the original face (edited to point to the right teeth) and she looks great. I just wish her hair had some sort of physics. It seems strange seeing it hover over her back.
The first question that comes to mind is, are you using some form of archive invalidation? There is a "bug" in the game engine which prevents new textures from working properly, unless you have some form of archive invalidation. If you are using either FOMM or NMM as your mod manager (and you really should be using a mod manager, in case you are not), you can find find Archive Invalidation under the Tools tab.
OMG love this! I know this is a long time from creation, but I do have two questions: 1. can i get the non wait/relax version? I like having separate Guard and Relax commands. 2. im getting a "PipOS error 26 File Not Found" in the Pipboy concerning her dress. Should I be concerned about this? It looks and acts fine. -- EDIT. It was just a missing pipboy icon. I added the dress icon using FO3Edit.
ok she's dead. walked into town everybody stared shooting and she died, hostile faction somehow don't know how to change nor her ref id to try and resurrect. may have been hostile carry over from BoGized BC former mod. as i said need ref id and a way to stop holstile/faction of npc. any help would be nice. she sure does looks Great (dead), would like to try the living one now. best looking BC i've tried yet.
It may be that i have pinpoinmted that red square with exlamation mark issue at Gurk_meja companiuon version. After a while of browsing through geck, i found out that problem is missing .nif files for teeth, mouth and tongue.. Making these fields makes that red thingy go away but naturally poor girl wont have teeth or tongue.. Need files for those
Then again it seems there are other issues too but anyhow thats at least part of the problem.. I just go on until its done
Other issue was just me messing directories but im pretty sure that leaving those said field empty in GECK fixes that GURK versions issues..
If you're familiar with FO3Edit, you can alter the pathing rather easily. The mod paths Teeth Lower, Teeth Upper, and Tongue to "characters\Bittercup\<partname.nif>"You can easily fix the issue by altering the pathing for these parts to their default paths: "characters\Head\<partname.nif>"
I just wanted to say that following Fallina's advice on altering the pathing worked perfectly -- and it surprised me how quick it was, since I'm terrible with understanding code of any kind. Took all of two minutes to fix, and now Bittercup looks less like a giant exclamation point and more like a sulky goth, just how I like her.
Btw. Some people have problems with the face meshes concerning to the posts. I had this problem too. Some people explained how to change it via FO3EDIT. If you are not familiar at all with it just use the alternative face version. This one doesnt has the missing mesh errors for some reason. Would be nice if the author publishes a fixed version, though.
