The Books can be found at most of the Vendors, and in some of the desks, boxes and other various containers around the waste, wherever junk can be found.

Plans for this mod:
I plan to make these books a little more dynamic than just lowering skills...I may make them raise one skill while lowering another, or some could even raise two skills while dropping another, or some might even raise your rad resistance permanently...I plan on doing this based on what perks you may posess, not just comprehension, but things like computer whiz, or demolitions expert, may glean extra knowledge that someone else might miss, while skimming along and only really paying attention to the pictures...obviously some books will have only negative effects, because there may be no actual knowledge to glean from them whatsoever...and after Batch 2, I won't be labeling what they do on my images or on the in game names...I may even do a few script effects, for some of the really ridiculous ones, and I'll leave them as a surprise for those who don't peek with the GECK...

I also want to make a few books that alter SPECIAL attributes, they will be unique books, and they will either raise or lower your SPECIAL values, I will make sure there is one of each (+ and -) for every SPECIAL, and I probably won't tell you what they are, so common sense will have to be your guide.

The Textures for the books are WIP and I am open to suggestions for improving them. I am not open to opinions about politics, religion, or how the world works, so if you aren't adding anything constructive, I will report you without gratifying your need for attention with a rebuttal.

I felt like all the books you can read shouldn't be so helpful. There needed to be some more mindless crap out there like there is today...This is purely for novelty purposes, but can be used to lower stats, if need be, because of leveling caps. The book titles are not meant to poke fun at any Race, Religion or Political Party...they are only the logical antithesis to the skills in the game that I could think of.

This mod was made in memory of Admiral_Shlork(MIA from the Nexus???) I thought of doing this earlier, but when I checked to see if anyone beat me to it, I discovered Admiral_Shlork's Mod...his books were hilarious, and since his mod is no longer available for some reason, I made my own. All Textures and the Mod's Plugin(esp) were made by me, and none of Admiral_Shlork's work is included in this mod.
