In fairness, new modders have to experiment and gain experience the hard way. There's no point slagging off new things, even if they aren't your style, because you aren't helping at all.
A nuclear dart gun is all well and good, Demoriallo, but IS unrealistic and overpowered. A better idea for modifying the dart gun would be to give it the Vanilla mole-rat Repellent Stick effect, but for all characters, while removing the poison effect. (This is the unique weapon that causes mole rats to explode after 5 seconds, or instantly on the second hit.)
You could even include a quest or task that must be completed to access the weapon, make vanilla dart guns upgradeable by Moria Brown after reaching that point in the Wasteland Survival Guide, add new schematics for a Viral Dart Gun... There's a lot of scope in Fallout 3. I look forward to seeing some first-class stuff from you.

the modders should release only significant things ot at least put the mods in appropriate cathegories
I got banned for critic. Image the worst decals ever. The description said "highest top quality". I sayd it was s#*!, but asked politely will it work if dont copy the texture (it fixed few bugs) and bam! got banned. for what? Critic?
Once you put yourself out there, you should accept anything you do to be scrutinized by all manner of critics. That's the way of it.
To the OP: always add pics no matter how silly it seems, and if your item is as it sounds, an overpowered god item, then put it in the "god items" category.
Give the dude a break. Some of these comments are fair enough, but bashing him is a bit off. CreepingDarkness, unless you have multiple accounts you've uploaded squat, "so fail". If you don't want to download it, or have feedback that helps, fair enough.
Just bashing without grounds and based off guesses degrades you and insults the modder.
Maybe it is dodgy, who knows? But so far nobody has grounds to bash. Respect the modder for trying, download or don't. Pretty simple dudes.
Have to agree. We have to assume that this is an overpowered Vanilla-Weapon, and thats it. Also you shouldnt write something like "this is my first mod" Usually ppl won't download it when they read something like that.
The name is telling us something, but in the description we wanna know if it's new weapon or simply overpowered vanilla weapon with added effect. More detailed info. Some pictures would be also nice or there will be some people yelling "it's a virus" soon
