Very nice, though I would Ideally want that kind of blue colouration for the armour plating in this mod here http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7051, just a retex of it.
Actually, I want a suit in neon green and hot pink. But, I guess I'm going to have to wait and settle for electric blue. :-)
Btw, I like how you went to the trobule to detail, in the long description, the various modded stuff in your screenies. I can't count how many times people have asked about such things in other threads, usually without even commenting on the main mod. Good on ya.
Its an excellent idea, but have you thought about urban camo or marpat as opposed to the blue? Ive thought about this armor a bit, how to make it more worthwhile to get. A few camo patterns plus perhaps a small bonus to sneak would be just the thing. I suppose a second idea is the ridiculous white metal helmet in the same camo patterns or a dull gray.
