I've always wanted to have a heavier armored gear for Reilly's Ranger suitable with their urban combat style. It took me over 1 hour for retexture and "know-how". You can find 2 pieces of armor in the Ranger Compound. You can repair it by sacrificing other Metal Armors. It's a little modification of .esp file from PeterEater, you can find original textures also if you want to change it.

Stats of armor:
35 DR
- 1 AGL
+ 10AP
+ 1 Luck
+ 5% Small Guns

If you want to get this piece of armor much earlier, you might use the console and write "player.additem 00EA9 1 100"
