UUE Combat Armor Readme for V 1.0

This is intended to be a balanced mod in the end, as of now though, the armor only has the base attributs done, so no stat or skill changes, the armor can (currently) be found in a school desk next to the bomb in Megaton called "Imma fora test".

Plans-
- I would like to make a female specific version, but apparently I'm an idiot and can't figure out how to do a texture for the female version of the armor mesh. If someone could help me, awesome, please do, just give me credit and allow me to upload an update on my file, and you will be credited appropriately. -- Done, thanks to CaBaL120 for the suggestion

-I would very much like to make this a quest where the player will have to kill a Raider and his band to get this armor, as well find a key for the chest it is locked in somewhere else, far, far away in the wasteland. (The raiders don't have it otherwise their leader would be using it.)

-Sleeves. For the life of me I can't figure out how to make sleeves for it on the form list. Probably because I am kind of stupid like that occassionally. Done, again, thannks to CaBaL120 for the suggestion. :)

A quick note to experienced modders: No matter how many times I try to, I can't seem to make quests. I know how to build in the GECK, and I can navmesh without errors (woohoo!) and I can link areas together, but I can't do quests! I am looking for someone that can, once I finish setting up the area, impliment a quest I am working on based off of the Dr. Cleen's teleporter (by Uglulyx), Mountain Peak resource (by Yossarian22), and I am attempting, although it won't require it, to make the area RTS friendly. If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am aware that the world model is NOT combat armor, that is intentional.
