    This is a REALLY dirty file.

    Changes are made to both Agatha's house and Megaton Clinic.

    The worst change is that TrigPlayerDisable is messed with. That is an object that is referenced constantly by almost all mods, DLCs, and the vanilla game, in order to make things go away when they're not needed anymore.

    Anyone using this mod will REQUIRE knowledge of Fo3edit to fix the problems this mod will surely introduce into your game, of a scope extending far beyond just the Canterbury Commons area.

    2 Stimpacks in every Filing Cabinet fix ---  FO3EDIT -> this mod -> Container -> Filing Cabinet -> delete the stimpacks from the list.

    Optional -> delete the Drs Clutter if you just want default Filing Cabinet leveled list.

    just to let you know - run FO3Edit and clean the files:
    "Identical to Master" records done] Processed Records: 5329, Removed Records: 181
    [Undeleting and Disabling References done] Processed Records: 5148, Undeleted Records: 20

    I've saved in the Canterbury Cuppa Joe just by the guy playing the guitar. After that, my game keeps crashing whenever I load the save. Any help on this?

    @Jeoshua where are the bad edits on the megaton clinic? can't seem to find them and the Agatha edit is a bad one it deleted the navmesh thank you for pointing them out. was able to clean and remove the bad edits but i can't seem to find the megaton clinic you mentioned.

    downnloaded but am scared to install due to possibility of changing other aspects of game I am fine with load orders, boss etc but not sure how to clean mods as never used fo3edit..... I will not install yet sorry as dont want to mess game up I have it running smooth as silk at ATM.

    i cannot seem to talk to the npcs.I am in the candy land building and after the greet, when i try talking to an npc they just say hey there and no dialogue box shows up
    Anyone know what's up?

    I won't give this mod a thumbs down because I endorsed the CCInteriors mod. However I think there is waaay too much clutter and numerous NPC's and horrible traders outside seem unnecessary (not to mention giving me lag lol). I understand the need for a spice-up of the center for trade in wasteland but I think its a bit much. I think a combination of CCinteriors + CCguards + the Casino's in this mod and less "tourists" and "guards" (in the town) would make for a much cleaner mod. This mod is a good effort on trying to expand CCinteriors but just adds lots of clutter. Nice try but I'm using the original. Peace

    Thank you for batching together and making this overhaul workable. It brings quite abit more atsmophere into the whole centerbury thing. Altho i would advise poeple to clean it first. (please refer to the tutorial link below in comments)
