   I really like the mod and have Endorsed. If you are still Updating this mod and are open to suggestion's?. Instead of the pool table you make this area into a display room e.g. Display cabinets, Mannequins etc. THANKS

   A superb mod, I always thought that the megaton house was a bit insipid and needed to be improved..
   With this mod it's been made much better than it originally was.

   It only works for the pc, get the mod manager for easier installation.
