Maybe your graphics card isn't powerfull enough for the max res pack. I know mine isn't and I cant stand even the slightest lag.
I'm running NMC's Performance pack with furniture from his max res pack along with loads of high res armour retextures (and quite a few little system tweaks) and the game runs great.
I have installed macintroll's hires powearmor plus Beefed Up Citadel, so with this, FPS on the zone should drop to graphic novel levels. Anyway, this looks so good to at least check it out. Lets see if my GC is tough enoug
Well, some of the things actually look more fresh than they did before, the flag and logo in particular. However, it looks really good in my opinion, I'll definitely check it out. ^^

No not at all. Everything should look fine. My monitors maximum resolution is 1440x900.
