What I think it is is just a bunch of people who aren't experienced at modding that create mods such as these which are indeed useless unless you want to be an overpowered mofo. I know it's hard to make new textures and stuff but use what you already have to make who knows what a new quest? Possiblities are endless but you choose to make them seem limited. I'm not a modder myself and I haven't created anything yet, but I don't know everything about the G.E.C.K. and if you are just going to re-color some armor it better be good because there are too many re-colored armors and not enough completely new armors... same with the guns.
*facepalm* put this in god weapons adn cheats - category. hell, why do people make these? There are tons of mods like this already, why to make more? I can feel the pain of the nexus servers being cluttered with mods like this every day. seriusly, mods like these are useless.
And im not trying to be mean or something. But please, use your talents to make something that stands out of crowd.
im gonna put up a vid i'll add it in like half an hour.. the heavy fire blaster fires a 100 fireballs and the ultimate launcher fires a 100 missiles they both fire in a spread so the missiles/fireballs wont stay in just 1 place, it will allow you to wipe out a group of enemies. they do use vanilla textures.
