this weapon sounds very interesting... is this a ground mounted minigun like the scorpio turret that you can drop as a soldier in Boarderlands? if so then that is complete ad utterly fantastic..

The companions will fire this weapon as a standard minigun. I suppose I could add a companion version.

50% would eat up 120 missiles per clip of 5mm bullets. Trust me, you do not want that. Also, the 1% chance already makes it impractical to use it indoors. With 50% you would just blow yourself away.

ShifyShify: I suppose I could add a version with an even lower chance. What would you suggest?

Also, It was my intention to not make this an uber-weapon by any chance. Just another interesting unique. That's one of the reasons I chose the missile, not the mini-nuke. This was also the reason why it consumes missiles. And why it does normal 5mm damage.

A 1% chance is not low at all, considering how fast the minigun chews through ammunition. The minigun will eat up 100 rounds in a matter of seconds, and at least one of those 100 rounds will be a rocket.

This sounds interesting, if the script requires a rocket on the player for the chance to occur, is this the same for companions (who usually require only one ammo)? Also, is there a simple way to boost that percentage to 50%? 1% seems a little low, which might have been what your going for I suppose (respond and I will endorse).
