   I'll give you a quick tutorial.
   
   Download this mod and open the texture in your graphics program. It will need to be a program capable of opening and saving to the .dds file format.
   
   Google for a copy of the flag you want.
   
   Replace my texture with the flag you googled. Save the texture to a file of your own in Dataexturesmyflag.
   
   Open the flag mesh with NifScope and redirect it to your texture.
   
   Rename the mesh and save it. Place it in your folder in Datameshesmyflag.
   
   Open the GECK, find your flag and drag it to your favorite flagpole and install.

   Sounds good...and if you need a different flag there is a mod out there based on this with lots of them that fit almost any nationality.

   awesome, I was just requesting retex's of the citadel flag, so thanks, we need more flyable flags.
   
   does this by any chance use the original texture, so that I could replace it w an available retex of the US flag?
