After more consideration, I have decided to upload the flag as a resource. It will have an esp with it that places a flag at the Megaton entrance for those who just want a flag in game. It should be up early this afternoon.

I'm pretty sure I downloaded the right copy of the Capitol Building Cleanup. I don't have any of the DLCs. I think I checked it for dependencies. I will look it over again when I get some time.
@Bond123 - That new flag is gorgeous and would make a much better replacement for my current Citadel flag, which doesn't really have any place there. Thanks for the praise, I've only been doing this a couple of weeks - I'm currently off work due to a car crash that has left my ribs in a rather tender situation. The only problem with this is that I'll not have much time when I return to work, so what happens then I don't know. If you could PM a link to that flag, I'd like to include it in my actual mod and as a seperate file.
I'm not sure what is wrong with The Capitol Building mod - I know it doesn't allow Fallout to load if you try and use the Broken Steel version without actually having BS installed. Could you confirm you're using the right version before I look into it please?
@shadownick22 - I just noticed your Project Clean, very good stuff - I was actually considering a Rivet City clean up myself. I'd be glad to link your mod up with mine today. Currently, only the Arlington House and Capitol Building (bugs aside) are worthy of being included in the project. Roosevelt Academy needs more work and the Museum of Technology is an ongoing work-in-progress.
You are correct. I have been working on a lot of clean up and remakes. One of my favorites is Arlington House. The home of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. The game does not portray the house, either the exterior, nor the interior in an authentic way. I have been working to bring it a bit closer to that, and have not yet settled on an exterior. My interior includes all new textures to reflect a modern restoration, but it includes a lot of memorabilia that is actually either in the house, or could be.
Actually I may never publish this, but I do have a flag waving proudly over the cemetery. If you would like it, I will upload it somewhere and give you a link by PM. You can post it with your mod as a modders resource.
The flag can be scaled to any size. In the screen shot I posted the flag is double size.
Incidentally, I am a big fan of your work, and I applaud your efforts. The only one that doesn't work for me is the Capitol. My game won't load with it active and I haven't figured out why.
