dread i have to say you're my freaking savior man. i've been sifting through 60 pages now trying to find sc2-esque weapons for my char in sc2 armor. all these little guns look bad in the armor, this is the first weapon i've seen that makes me look like a f*#@ing walking tank.
the fact that it's not a "perfect" replica of a c-10 rifle doesnt mean anything, is he not allowed some artistic freedom? i think the gun looks awesome, and for that i'm endorsing :3
most of the mod authors out there that make sc2 c10 rifles take their own artistic liberties while making it, i've seen a lot of energy weapons, and regular sniper rifles, when infact what is being fired out of the barrel is no laser, or bullet, but a canister of explosive s#*! traveling at the speed of a bullet, ready to bust some ass. lol anyway, good job man.
Just in case you're reading this, did you use something special to make the gun? I tried importing it in Blender and the mesh appeared somewhat garbled (looks like missing faces on parts of the scope, stock and barrel), never got that kind of thing before.
Nice mod but is there a way to change it's color?? because the rile in overhaul looks good but a pure black rifle would destroy the experience it provides! please reply and i'll be able to endorse!

I honestly wouldnt bother with F3 Underground...bunch of elitist snobs. Your better off putting in a request here. The Nexus community is a lot friendlier and doesnt have all the stupid nonsense garbage that Underground has.
Besides the mod DreadWolf is referring to is password protected anyways and you apparantly have to request the password directly from the author. At first you might think thats not so bad, but here are the requirements:
"1. 500 posts + 20 rep. 2. A fellow modder (not a copy-and-paste job, something that requires effort) 3. SSAC member (if you are one, check the WIP section for the PW) 4. A friend in the IRC, not here. Just visit the IRC and you'll see."
Besides, the mod in question was also comprised of content directly ported from SC2 which makes it an illegal mod. Its best not to support people who do that.
Yes, I have seen the new c-10's look from the SC2 game. But you do realize I released this many, many months before SC2 even had a "trailer" out for it? This was my recreation of the SOW canister rifles image.
Also, sadly I have not the time or skill to texture the rifle properly, but I have made a number of fixes to the rifle model. Mainly making it more compact (much closer to the size it should have been, but I was looking at 3 differant pictures of a c-10 when making the weapon, one of those pictures was a c-20a, so the size got thrown off quite a bit). So, if I could texture it (its UV mapped already) I could get that model out to you all.
But, as you mentioned SC2 gave many weapons a face lift, so if you want those items, go to http://www.f3underground.com/index and register. Then download the REAL versions of weapons ported over from SC2 itself. Along with many of the armors as such as well.
If you've played SC2 Wings of Liberty, C-10 Canister Rifle got a major face lift and looks three times cooler too, samething with C-14 Impaler Gauss Rifle, look on youtube and type in Starcraft 2 Cut Scene Betrayel
